Under existing US legislation, we are unable to enter into margin trading transactions with US residents.
US Customers are defined as:

- a branch or agency of a foreign entity located in the US; or
- a trust of which the trustee is a US person, unless a non-US person has or shares investment discretion; or
- an estate of which a US person is the executor or administrator, unless the estate is governed by foreign law and a non-US person has or shares investment discretion; or
- any account held for the benefit of a US person.
Data Feeds Please read this text if you want to trade CFDs on individual shares. It contains details of how to increase the range of international shares you can access.
With CFD Trader, you trade CFDs on individual shares at market prices. To enable this, our dealing interface features share price feeds direct from the relevant stock exchanges.
You can choose the price feeds you wish to receive. In order to supply you with exchange data, however, we need to be able to demonstrate whether you are a professional or a non-professional user of our platform.
In most cases, if you have a Personal account with us then you are a non-professional user; and if you have a Corporate account you are a professional user. To sign up for data feeds as a non-professional user, which is the easier route, please complete and return the relevant declaration/s on the right side. |
